Vince joined our practice in March 1998 and is our longest-tenured team member. A lifelong Floridian, he was born in Fort Myers, graduated from Estero High School, and pursued his studies at Edison College and Saint Leo University. Before entering the Veterinary field, Vince worked as an Emergency Medical Technician. He is licensed in the State of Florida as a Greyhound Trainer and was a founding member and board director of a local 501(c)(3) Greyhound adoption organization. His extensive experience with the breed makes him our resident Greyhound aficionado, and it is no surprise that his own pets include Retired Racing Greyhounds. Vince is one of only a select group of veterinary professionals within a 100-mile radius to hold certification from the NAVC and HABRI in the Human–Animal Bond, enabling him to help clients strengthen the connection they share with their pets. He is also certified in both BLS and ALS RECOVER CPR. Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, camping, tackling home improvement projects, playing golf, attending sporting events, and running and competing in extreme obstacle course races.
